The era of Windows 10 is ending

Windows 10 has been one of the most popular operating systems made by Microsoft. However, this period is coming to an end this month, to be precise, on October 14, 2025. Home users in the EU will still receive one more year of security updates if they use a Microsoft account on the operating system. For businesses, Microsoft offers paid update support for at least another year.

But no need to be worried! At Mirasys, we have prepared for this in advance by using long-life operating system versions as part of our hardware. Since the systems we deliver are long-lived, preparation for the obsolescence of the operating system has also been considered in our offering. This has enabled the end customer to benefit from the fact that the hardware we have provided has lasted for the lifecycle they aimed for before needing replacement.

In addition, we have already moved to the newer Windows 11 longer-life operating system, which guarantees the same functionality in our current offering. This gives the customer one less thing to worry about.
