Position: Technical Information and Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to take charge of technical training, partner and external documentation, and pre-sales support. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer and partner relationships.


Prerequisites

  • Finland residency (no relocation package)

  • Existing EU / Finland work permit 

  • Hybrid mode / office presence to be agreed with line manager

 

Responsibilities

Technical training

  • Technical in-person training for system integrators

  • End-user training

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining online training materials

 

External end-user and channel documentation

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining end-user documentation in collaboration with the Product owner and support

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining channel / partner documentation in collaboration with the Product owner and support

  • Create and maintain data sheets.

  • Creating "how to" / "tips and tricks" material in cooperation with marketing and sales

  • Managing translations of technical terminology and documentation


Identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with partners and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.

  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrate Mirasys' solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Mirasys and network with potential clients.
