V8 End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS)

Dear valued customers and partners of Mirasys,

Effective on December 31st, 2022, Mirasys is announcing the End-of-Life or EOL of Mirasys VMS V8. Mirasys reserves the right to discontinue offering sales for the VMS V8 license on 31/12/2022.

Effective on March 31 st, 2023, Mirasys is announcing the End-of-Support or EOS of Mirasys VMS V8. Mirasys reserves the right to discontinue providing support for the VMS V8 license on 30/03/2023. Mirasys Customer Service may consider providing support assistance for End-of-Support Software at an agreed-upon fee.

Mirasys strongly recommends that customers migrate to a fully supported version of the product as soon as possible to maintain the highest level of support for their applications and systems.

As a replacement for the Mirasys VMS V8 software, please consider Mirasys Spotter V9. Mirasys offers a free 12-month SMA for new licenses and licenses acquired until December 31, 2022.
