Mirasys Video Management System is part of a multiphase casino surveillance project designed by Security Sales & Integration for one of the largest casino groups in the USA.
Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino was the first of three Seneca gaming facilities that Surveillance Systems Inc. upgraded.

“The Seneca Nation was looking for a VMS partner that was truly open and allowed them to work with any third-party piece of hardware or software available to the industry. Mirasys software is quick and easy to install and configure with high usability. Less onsite visits are needed due to centralised update processes. Configuration applications and script usage guarantee a quick deployment. Users and profiles can be synchronised via LDAP and enable endless possibilities. The intuitive user interface and customisability enhance the user experience and the administration of the system.
“Any time you change VMSs you will have some challenges, but to be honest the Mirasys system was easy for everyone to use, DDN did its job flawlessly and SSI was very responsive and receptive which makes for a smooth transition,” report Ryan Coble, surveillance technical manager for the Seneca Gaming Authority, which is the regulatory body for Seneca Nation’s Class II and II gaming.“
